Interpersonal Psychotherapy Group
Group psychotherapy is an effective form of psychotherapy which helps individuals identify with other group members, get support and feedback from other group members and reduce individuals' experience of isolation. This psychotherapy group is helpful for people with various psychological issues but is especially helpful for people who have challenges in their interpersonal relationships. Living with Bipolar Disorder Psychotherapy Group
Group psychotherapy is an effective form of psychotherapy which can be especially helpful for people who live with bipolar disorder. People who live with bipolar disorder frequently feel alone in their experience of living with the condition and with this often come to feel isolated, ashamed and alienated. This psychotherapy group can help reduce a person's sense of isolation and shame by providing an opportunity for the person to identify with and get support and feedback from other group members.
