Ritu EsbjornAbout Ritu Esbjorn
People are meant to be happy. That was a realization I had as a young child, and after many years, I still feel that’s the case. It took some time to see that there are good reasons people are not always happy. Life brings so many challenges, and there are as many ways of meeting those challenges as there are people on the planet.

These days, it seems even more difficult, at times, to navigate the bumps and turns in the road of life, but I still think it’s possible to have a peaceful and fulfilling life. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to assist them in finding that place inside that can relax from the worry and stress of their lives and begin to feel their own unique power to do that. By integrating a number of different approaches and tailoring them to fit each client, I offer compassion, empathy, a listening heart, and a calm mind to work together toward your own personal goals.
