As a practicing psychotherapist for over 40 years, I utilize a very client centered approach in my work and believe that therapy is all about developing a supportive, interactive relationship with my clients. In all of these years, I have been fortunate to treat and get to know many individuals who were able to effectively work with me on a myriad of difficulties and problems. I’ve treated clients with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, family dysfunction, addiction, eating disorders, job loss and divorce. I like to work with older teens up to elder adults, and though I am semi-retired, I continue to enjoy being a therapist at PsychStrategies. I work either on a short or long term basis, always focusing first and foremost on my clients needs.
