Whether you are trying to break old patterns in your marriage, navigating the high-stakes cultural and academic pressures of your college years, or looking for concrete ways to help your child manage big emotions, you deserve a space that offers both deep understanding and practical tools. Hi, I’m Ayesha Aziz, LMFT, ATR. I provide a warm, creative, and culturally responsive space for children, college-age adults, individual adults, couples, and family systems.

My therapeutic orientation blends systemic relationship therapy and creative art therapy with the structured tools of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), always grounded in a deep respect for your cultural background and identity. Together, we don’t just talk about change—we practice it. For individual adults and college students, I use DBT skills to help you regulate intense emotions, manage anxiety, and navigate life transitions, using art-making as a hands-on tool to safely unpack mental clutter. For couples, families, and children, this integrated approach helps visualize relationship dynamics, build distress tolerance during conflict, and bridge communication walls. Absolutely no artistic skill is required—our focus is entirely on discovery, practical coping, and honoring who you are.

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Notre Dame de Namur University and am dually credentialed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Art Therapist. Outside of the therapy room, you can find me exploring local library book sales, visiting art centers, or spending time outdoors. If you are ready to build a life that feels more balanced while fully honoring your roots, let’s connect today.
