Our clinicians accept most major health insurance plans.
We do not accept Medi-Cal, Partnership, or Tricare.
Everyone has different needs. It is important that you speak with our Intake Coordinator to be matched with the most appropriate therapist for your needs.

If you are an established client, please contact your therapist directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Yes, we offer Telehealth sessions. Speak with your therapist or our Intake Coordinator to set this up.
We do not have psychiatrists on our staff to prescribe medication. If you are an existing client of PsychStrategies your therapist can refer you to a psychiatrist.
Our practice includes PhDs, PsyDs, MFTs, LPCs and LCSWs.
Our Intake Coordinator will match you with the best therapist to meet your needs. During your initial appointment, your therapist will discuss with you the expectations for therapy.
This is up to you and your therapist. Some people go for a short time, six to twelve sessions. Some will need to go for a longer period. This is determined by your needs and the therapist’s evaluation.
Copayments and deductibles are due at the time of service.
You can pay your bill in two ways:
1. Online through TherapyNotes — using the card you have on file. You’ll receive a secure payment link via email.
2. By phone — call our Billing Department at 707-303-3217 and we’ll process your payment over the phone.
