I am a Marriage and Family Therapist associate with a theoretical orientation grounded in psychodynamic, person-centered, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches, with an emphasis on multicultural counseling and somatic awareness. I am deeply committed to social justice advocacy and hold the belief that meaningful global change begins at the individual level. In my work, I strive to cultivate intentional, affirming spaces where clients from diverse backgrounds and identities can show up as their full, authentic selves.

Drawing from my background in dance and somatic practices, I bring a mind-body lens to therapy, supporting clients in connecting bodily sensations to emotional and relational experiences. This somatic integration, combined with an IFS-informed approach, allows us to explore the complex relationships between internal parts, interpersonal relationships, and the nerve system. Through this work, clients can deepen self-awareness, heal from past wounds, and build more empowered relationships with themselves and others.

I believe that clients are the experts in their own lives. My role is to collaborate with them—offering guidance, empathy, and support—as they navigate their healing journeys and shape their lives toward greater wholeness and well-being.
