As a psychologist, I employ an integrative approach, utilizing the theoretical approaches of Psychodynamic, Relational, Attachment, Cognitive Behavioral, and Family Systems. My objective is to provide clients with a safe space to heal by exploring and developing an understanding of the underlying causes of their challenges and distress. My focus includes helping clients increase their self-awareness and acceptance, become kinder towards themselves, and make incremental changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy is a collaborative journey uniquely tailored to each client’s needs. I prioritize this collaboration as it empowers clients to actively participate in creating enduring, meaningful change in their lives. I provide clients with guidance and support, employing a non-judgmental and collaborative approach, and their active engagement assists them in overcoming their challenges and achieving their objectives.

During initial consultations, I identify presenting issues and goals with clients and develop treatment plans tailored to their objectives. My scope of practice encompasses addressing mental health concerns and psychological well-being, and I provide referrals for additional care as needed.
