In my practice, I see children, adolescents, adults, couples and families for both short and long-term therapy. My approach to therapy is integrative, often drawing on Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral, Object Relations, Family Systems, and Attachment theories.

In general, I tailor my approach and interventions to the needs of the clients with whom I work. I also believe that offering clients a safe space and taking a non-judgmental stance allows them to gain insight into causes of distress and challenges they are facing. However, because insight alone is not sufficient for many clients, I also provide concrete support in resolving conflicts, altering problematic ways of thinking, and developing healthy, adaptive coping strategies.

I am truly passionate about my work as a therapist: In particular, working collaboratively with clients to set and work toward treatment goals, in order to create lasting, meaningful change in their lives.
