I believe we suffer most when we’re disconnected from ourselves—when we’ve abandoned the parts of ourselves that feel most true and alive in order to fit in, survive, or please others.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental, and creative space to help you explore and reintegrate these lost parts so you can begin to accept yourself, and become whole. As Carl Rogers beautifully said, “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
I take a holistic approach that honors the mind-body connection, integrating Western modalities such as EFT, CBT, and psychoanalytic therapy with Eastern practices including mindfulness and somatic work.
Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, a life transition, or simply seeking to deepen your relationship with yourself and improve the quality of your life, I look forward to accompanying you on your journey toward wholeness.
